**Please Read Before Hiring** NO PROFESSIONALISM The reason my mom and I hired this company was because they did our neighbor's here in Berwyn Road. There was even a week of advertising your company in our driveway. My mother trusted this company. My mother signed a contract knowing the whole roof of the house will be replaced. It is upsetting when companies such as yours misled people. This is what happened. Your company only changed the part of the roof they thought needed to replace. $11,444 was the contract they told my mom. She was told she had to pay extra for plywood purchases. Aug 20, 2020 my mother paid $5,000 in cash Sep 2, 2020, $7,384 was handed in cash. My mother said the roof isnt done, but they insisted it was. There was no inspection done either. This company left their belongings in our vicinity for almost 2 months!!!! No professionalism whatsoever. When my mom asked them to finish the roof, she was told they have to write another contract and need to pay another $4k!!!! With the stress this company put us through, **** NO!!! FRIDAY, OCT 23, 2020 BETWEEN 3-4PM, ONE OF YOUR PERSONNEL BROKE INTO OUR HOME WHILE MY MOTHER WAS TAKING A SHOWER!!! Your company finally decided to pick up all the belongings left behind. She saw a black pick up truck leaving. This is how your staff repay ME??? I've been in the military for 21 years and Mr. Alex is aware of that. But military or not, your company should always be providing outstanding customer service and dont take jobs your staff cant handle. If you have any questions, please contact us. I expect a phone call from your company within 24 hours. This would have been "F" across the board.

It looks good except around the fire place and I asked for an inspection, I have called him at least 12 times and I have never recieved a call back nor did I speak to someone. He said that he normally doesn't paint or do touch ups but for me he would. He said that he wanted to be there when the job was done but he had to go out of town and now he's not communicating with me. I was pleased till I realized that there is no flashing around the fire place. Except for on the front so everything looks off.

Alex at West Coast roofing was very nice and professional.  His price was better than three other bids but his service did not lack.  His Work Forman Pasqual was awesome.  He did a great job and was good at communicating after each day of work.  My roof and fascia look great and  I'm totally satisfied on the price and the work.  I would strongly recommend West Coast Roffing and Construction.

First, I have to tell you that I called West Coast Roofing during the deluge of rain we got during the holidays. We had two terrible leaks that sprung up and West Coast was the only company that would/could come out the same day I called. At that time, they put up a patch which they felt was strong enough to hold for the time being, but not for too long. That same day Alex White also wrote us an estimate, explained everything that was wrong, why it was leaking and what it would take to fix it. He was professional, friendly, helpful, concerned, all the things you want a contractor to be. And he did not charge us for the patch - nothing!! I told him I wouldn't be able to have the roof fixed until the end of February and he said no problem. About one week ago I called him and told him we were ready. Alex originally told us it would be the week of February 28th, but a week before he called to say they could fit us in early. Although I was not here when the workers arrived by the time I got home from work at 4:00 p.m. two workers were finishing up. They cleaned up everything on the roof and in the yard. No debris was left anywhere. Alex called that same evening and said they got extra workers out and finished the job a day early. No surprises, no extra charges!! They even installed a chimney cap for us while they were working on the roof. The roof should now hold for about 20 years and all the work is under warranty. The entire experience was awesome and I would have no reservations about calling them again for any roofing needs. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend their work.
