"Sorry for all the the troubles. Has everything been resolved? If not, feel free to give us a call and I'll see what I can do. The way the Herman Miller warranty process works is a little complicated but we try to make it as smooth as possible for the consumer. Each and every part that Herman Miller makes is custom made, which means if there is ever an issue, it takes another 4 weeks to make the correct part, which would obviously add to the delay. I'm not sure where your order stands but if you give us a call, we'll be more than happy to get it squared away."
