I am sorry that I have not submitted this review in a timely manner. I have been working long hours and overtime.
Although the invoice states: overhauled toilet in hall bath; installed new tub spout with personal shower spray; parts and
labor, there is more that Paul, Owner, did that is not listed on the Invoice.
My Grandson had a rock/mountain climbing accident and fell 20 feet. On December 20, 2013, he had reconstructive surgery on his wrist/arm. I didn't learn until late on December 20, 2013 that my Grandson and my Daughter would be staying at my house for a few days while my Grandson recuperated. They were expected to arrive by noon. I called Paul, early on Saturday morning (December 21, 2013) and asked if he could have someone fix just the toilet and I could wait to have the tub spout and shower head replaced at another time as Saturday was Paul's day off. He said he would have someone at my place within the hour. He was there within 30 minutes. His employee was on another job so he came. I showed him my bathroom, parts everywhere, as I had tried to fix the toilet and faucet myself as I thought it was a simple task. In trying to fix the toilet myself, I had damaged some of the inner parts and integrity in the toilet tank. At one point, Paul thought the toilet would need to be replaced as it kept leaking. He was eventually able to stop the leak. I would like to add that I didn't have the correct toilet parts either, however, Paul had those parts in his truck.
In addition, I didn't have the correct tub spout or shower head so Paul went to Home Depot and purchased the correct parts. The job was done in a timely manner. Paul has been my only plumber for several years. He is conscientious, honest, professional, personable, and reasonable. I highly recommend him and his company.

All done very quickly and effectively.
He has done work for us at least 5 times; all very satisfactorily.

He seemed knowledgable and professional. The pricing was reasonable. The problem did occur.

Responded within 24 hours - had everything done first thing in the morning before I went to work. Very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing.

Very knowledgeable about older houses. Price crept up a little unexpectedly with all the additional small tasks requested (I should have asked for updates during the repairs), but the diagnoses were accurate, work was done promptly and with no disruption.
