We realized we have to trash the car. It's not running anymore.  It needs a new electric battery. The car is 11 or 12 years old and it is worth less than the battery. It was a surprise because we had it in the shop 2 weeks earlier and they didn't tell us that. It was probably unexpected. They're responsive, easy to make appointments, and close to us.

It is a nice car dealership and it's a good place to go to get your car serviced.

This is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. In my opinion they lack professionalism and integrity. Steer clear of these people.

For auto care I go to the dealer called the Toyota of Poway. It took them about an hour and a half for them to do all of that. They are cheaper than other places for the same services which surprised me them being a dealer. I keep going back. I will absolutely use this provider again in the future.

I went in to have the transmission flushed and filled, and the front wheels aligned. Got a lot of "up sell" and a nonsense story about how the wheels could not be aligned unless I had $250 of other work done as well. I cancelled the wheels job. One up sell issue I got was they "liked" to align the rear wheels at the same time they align the front wheels. I had not heard of aligning the rear wheels and the Advisor couldn't give an explanation why the rears should be done, other than they like to do that (at additional cost of course).
Service Advisor forgot to put the wash job on the work order, and forgot to pass the 10% coupon discount to the cashier. 
I've had work done here in the past that was of better quality. Almost seemed as though they are under new management.
I'm now researching other agencies to do my family cars work.

They've been fine. I had no problems so far. They have done the repair work properly. The cost has been in line with other shops. I have no complaints.

Super professional crew. Superior team effort blows away the competition. Fresh donuts and coffee. Free no scratch car wash. Service advisor submitted for a new windshield trim covered under warranty. Missed the target on assessing bad rheostat for dash board lights. Still need to follow up on that one. I drive 15 miles to get service at this dealer when I have a dealer 4 miles from my house I could go to.

The work went well overall except for the wait was a bit long. However, there was a suspension system problem that they didn't identify last time when the car was still under warranty (the other autoshop identified it before that point) but they found this time and asked for big price.

The guy who I was told to see was out to lunch at my appointment time. I was a little put off. Then someone else got another guy pretty quick and they got everything done in a timely manner. And they washed my car.

I have had Toyota of Poway, CA service my 2007 Camry for the past seven years and have always been satisfied with the service.

They were really fast. They provide areas where you can sit and wait. They are very courteous. The did find another issue with the car and they were able to explain it. They weren't trying to pressure me into fixing it, they were just telling me that hey this could be a potential issue. They are honest, fast, nice.

My car was at this dealership on three separate occasions for recall notices. I used them because they are the most convenient Toyota dealership -- near my home. On ALL three occasions, I had to return for corrections, as the work wasn't done properly the first time.
