Arrived on time and prepared to get the job done. Process was much easier/smoother than I expected. Additionally, we've had numerous compliments on the doors. It's now been two years and they still look great. Plan on having them back for a maintenance coat to ensure they continue to look so good. I'd received several estimates to do the doors, all over $1000. In comparison this was a steal. Great job!

Met Brian and Kierstin at Anaheim Home Improvement Show. Showed us some samples of their work at their booth and then followed up with an e-mail with more information. Offered us a 20% show discount so we went ahead and booked them to do the work. They were very good to work with answering several questions we had prior to the work beginning. When the work began, they showed up on the day and at the time we agreed upon. Brian went right to work and did a good job of explaining what he was going to do. He also did a good job, especially on the garage door, of painting it a faux wood and we saved a considerable mount vs replacing the doors, which was the other option.
Both Brian and Kierstin are very personable and easy to work with. Would recommend their services to anyone looking to economically improve the appearance of their home's doors or cabinets.

Brian did a fabulous job. The front double doors look new and the garage doors, which were white, now look like wood. Took him just one day to get the job done.

- My French patio doors were so badly weather-worn that I thought I would have to replace them. Brian sanded them and refinished them with a beautiful walnut colored stain. They look brand new now and I am already getting compliments on them. I am very pleased with the results and I would recommend 'Showcase Doors' to anyone needing a similar project restored. Brian was very friendly and professional and a joy to have in my home.

We met Justin Burnett at the San Diego Home Show and asked for an estimate to redo our interior doors a light natural color.
Justin came to the house a week later took pictures of the doors and brought a sample of the finished work. We agreed to have the work done and scheduled for a week later when Brian would be available.
Brian showed up on time and with an example of how our dark doors would look after the process. He started that same day, first priming all the doors a very light color. He worked for 4-1/2 days putting an oil glaze in a natural hue over the primer. We love the look of the doors. They retained the wood grain. Brian had to repair a couple of doors, and he helped replace the doorknobs where we had difficulty. He repainted the wall paint in a couple of places where his tape removed the paint, so the wall looks like new. In one case he even went out and bought paint - matching the color.
The cost was exactly what was estimated. We paid by credit card, for a small extra charge. But could have paid by check for the exact estimate.
We are very happy with the look of the doors, and especially pleased we didn't have to add to the landfill to get "new" doors.
We realize Showcase Doors usually works on exterior doors, but in our case the process worked well for our interior doors. It is best to have this work done when fans are available to provide ventilation. The final phase is a bit smelly, but we were able to close windows, lock doors and turn off fans in the evening.

Made contact with Justin at a Home Show. My wife and I were both impressed with his presentation and provided contact information. I subsequently emailed photos of our front door, and he provided a quote right back, offering to do a site visit if we wanted. Declined the site visit and set an appointment. Brian showed up right on time, made some suggestions as to color, and recommended we not do the interior of the doors, as it wasn't needed, promising that the color he used would complement the inside finish. Now, we love our front doors, but they are really beat up by the weather, and I thought we had waiting too long to refinish them. Also, we had received a couple of estimate to paint them that were close to the cost of new doors, and would take at least two days. Brian sanded, prepped and applied the new finish is just a few hours, removing the hardware, but not having to take the doors off the hinges. And, they look GREAT! In fact, they look so good, I'm attaching before and after photos. My wife is thrilled and I crossed a big item off of our To-Do list. We will certainly be recommending Showcase Doors to our friends.
