RUN!!.....don't walk....RUN from this business. Horrible quality, horrible customer service. Can't follow instructions. Started of very nicely working with Sonja. I explained that I had wood windows and that matching of the wood stops was most important when replacing 3 fogged windows. She stated that they would replace with new and that their foreman was meticulous in exact matches. This was the reason I went with them. I also asked for the just the bottom window stops on 3 more windows to be replaced as the wood had degraded over the years. First, they broke 2 of the 3 windows putting them in and had to get replacements....no problem. But when I came home that evening, they used wood stops that did not even come close to what was in there (rounded vs. rectangular) and they replaced all the stops on the other 3 windows instead of just the bottom as instructed (I assume since they didn't match the stops as promised). Plus they broke another window replacing stops they weren't supposed to.

I talked to Sonja and she said they would fix everything and would make the correct stops themselves. A week went by and I went in to speak with the owner about the job. he was attacking me from the very beginning saying the stops were close enough and they only use what Lowes has to offer. Then asked me if I knew where to get matching stops. I said no, that's why I came to someone that promised to match and if they couldn't match, why did they say they could and take the job. Then the owner started telling me what a piece of sh*t my house was since I had used wood filler on the windows where the wood had degraded. I said that was the reason I wanted those stops replaced ON THE BOTTOM ONLY because of the wood rotting, but all the other damage they caused would not have happened if they had followed instructions. The owner became more hostile and finally just walked from the job leaving me stuck with all the damage his team caused. He did refund the 50% deposit I had paid, but it cost me more to fix the damage they caused then the original job was supposed to cost.

And by the way, after I left these "experts", I was able to find the exact match of my original window stops within an hour. So these guys either don't care about quality as they say, or they just are not competent in their craft......my opinion is both.

They also left me with trampled plants, broken sprinklers, and broken landscape lighting to replace. I know others rave, but in my case, these guys are the worst I have ever dealt with. Take it as one opinion, but you have been warned.

They were professional and did a good job, but I felt it was pricy. Cost of the rollers was $50, which means we paid $194.00 for approximately 30 minutes of work by two men. Seems high!

Sea Breeze did an excellent job from the visit to carefully measure to
removing old retractable screens on one of the doors through the
installation. They were very professional and careful in their work and
everything was as we had requested it.

DREADFUL First the screens: We agreed at the time of estimate to rescreen 1 slider & service all 4 sliders at the house since all were sticking, 1 in particular needed trimming. We were told that servicing would be about $25/door. When the serviceman came back later that day, they had rescreened ALL 4 DOORS only 1 of which needed it (poorly done too- one of the doors that didn't need rescreening now has puckered screening), and trimmed 3 of the doors 1/4" to make them operate better. The bill: $335.18! I nearly fainted, but the work was done and the man said- nothing to do about it, work was completed. I had nothing prior in writing. This was totally wrong, but i paid, since I wasn't sure what recourse I had at this point. Now, 2 months later the door that was the main issue to begin with, does not slide at all, and will not stay on the track. when we called to complain and ask they make good on the repair, they refused, saying they only rescreened & would not service. They told us to try finding the wheels and adjusting ourselves. I have the invoice indicating the cutdown on 3 of 4. Their reply was hateful, really. Windows: When the serviceman returned on same day with the screens he brought a written estimate for the windows/invoice for the screens. One window we decided not to replace (small b-b hole in outer pane), the other, an Anderson pane that was cracked and needed operator parts we were informed we would receive a call regarding final pricing and availability of parts, we were provided a provisional price same day by the repairman of 68.77 + 237.50 to replace glass in the windows (not itemized labor repair), but i was then told (2 days later in call to the repairman) the parts were not available. I was told I would get a call from the the order desk with final price on the window pane replacement alone with work to be authorized, pending approval. They were to call me within a week with the info. That never happened. After 2.5 weeks I called them. They said they had tried to call 2 of my numbers- not true since i had no missed calls from them and no messages on either line- and they had ordered the window pane and it was in the shop- when could they install- At a cost of $217.29! That's almost $150 to install 1 window pane 20.5 X 55.75 inches. Incredible. They had the window and I did not want to stiff them , although i suppose i could have denied the service since i had never agreed to this job, but i don't treat people this way. It took the guy about 40 minutes to install and he said, hey that's pretty much their minimum service charge. I vowed NEVER, EVER to do business with this firm again. Maybe they are better at interior glass, but they lack professionalism

Outstanding professional service provided by Jim Lafenhagen and his staff. Company delivered on the product requested and provided competent and professional installation. Jim Lafenhagen kept customer updated on developments related to procurement/delivery of the window units required and installation time-line. From start to finish there were no surprises. What was promised was quality product and professional installation and it was delivered.
