The guy came over for measurement when I noticed the slab color name on his sheet was incorrect ("NIEBLA"). I pointed this out and showed him the sample form Lowe's. He called someone on his cell and said not to worry: they will install "whatever is on the contract." ~2 weeks later, their install team arrives . . . with the WRONG slab . . . . this was ~ 1 month ago. Apparently, there is a dispute between SD Granite and Lowe's at to who's at fault and no further action will be taken until settled . . . .I'm not sure what Lowe's did wrong in this process but what I do know is that San Diego Granite's rep was shown the correct material and my original order from Lowe's. In spite of this, they unilaterally decided to install a different slab material for my countertop. The way I see it, that makes it their fault and they're refusing to fix their screw up.

HAVEN'T DONE WORK YET (NOT INSTALLED) GOOD PRICE. ORDERING WAS EASY WORK FOR THEM.
