From the time he came to provide us with quotations and describe how he carried out his projects, Rob handled the work with the utmost  professionalism.  
The schedule covered a 5 week period and each section of the work was carried out on time. His people were easy and polite to deal with, and very skilled in their  particular areas.  We are very pleased with all aspects of the work, from the tiling to the cabinetry, to the installation of the counter-tops.  Each evening the home was left clean and tidy - a very important aspect that makes the project more tolerable.
Husband and I had already picked out the tiles, accents, faucets and shower items we wished to use.  Rob advised us about good suppliers and stockists, he negotiated with  the suppliers and arranged all deliveries so we had one point of contact for payments etc.  
His attention to detail impressed us and he was clearly  motivated to leave us as satisfied customers.  We have no hesitation in recommending him; we feel we had the right combination of quality and competitive pricing.

We have never done a remodel or construction project, but we cannot have asked for a more gracious and committed contractor to have done this reasonably large job on a custom home.

He became our contractor after our first contractor began demolition, but had a scheduling conflict that left us without a contractor. His relative youth and laid-back demeanor at first raised questions in my mind when we were interviewing contractors, but once we got started, those reservations were gone.

We spent about 6 months on the project working closely with him (originally estimated 4months, but holiday travel/schedule and some decisions we made lengthened the process). Rob was there nearly every day, responsive via phone and email, and always very courteous. He has notable high-end custom building experience, so has a great network of experienced, skilled tradesmen who do the job right (at least most of the time - this is a honest report, after all) and an eye for detail. He remains calm in the midst of uncertainty and understands that sometimes we needed to mull on an issue before deciding. 

He is growing his construction business, and his philosophy of treating the project like his own and doing the right thing serves him and his clients well. He only works on 1-2 projects at a time, so there is good attention to the project. He is a trustworthy man (he always laid out the costs, never nickel-and-dimed us) and reasonably priced for a high-end contractor. He pays attention to his client and executed our project beautifully!
