Fantastic service! In 2019, Precision installed central A/C and heat at our home in Oceanside. The installation team was amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, clean and very, very quiet. They were so quiet that most of the time we didn’t know if they were in our attic or working outside! They arrived on time and went right to work. We received bids from three other companies and are so glad that we went with Precision. We give them our highest recommendation!

The work went smoothly & swiftly ! The technician explained what they did & explained how the controls worked. They communicated with me at all times. They hauled away all the old stuff. Fantastic. Technician knew what needed to be fixed in a matter of minutes. He was out the door in under 2 hours.. Very professional. This by the way was after two other companies had looked at it. Neither one had a clue. I would recommended Precision Air Inc to everyone.

They were prompt and explained details in a very clear way.

We were unsure what we wanted because we are building a custom home with vaulted ceilings and center beams. We didn't want to compromise with our architectural design. We met Stephen with Precision Air and he earned our confidence very quickly. We met with several other contractors none of which seemed as knowledgeable as Stephen. The other contractors seemed unsure it could be installed and they never submitted a proposal.

The day following meeting Stephen we had a very reasonable proposal with a solution that work with our architectural design. The HVAC was installed in phases while our home was being built. During every phase of the installation we were very pleased with Precisions' performance.

Precision designed our system, installed it, and now maintains it for us. We are very happy. Thank you Stephen and his great crew!

I interviewed a lot of competitors before making a decision. I decided to go with Precision because I was dealing directly with the owner. He was very polite and professional. He went out of his way to educate us before we made our decision. He was honest. He did everything he promised. We have already recommended him twice to our friends and they have been pleased as well. 2 Thumbs up for Precision. You'll be happy with their customer service.

Fantastic experience. We started our buying process with Precision in April. We bought a freshly renovated beach home and moved in. Then we realized the home didn't have heating or air conditioning. Stephen (Owner) came out and field inspected. We were scared thinking we had to tear out brand new drywall because we didn't have forced air ducts. We also didn't have an attic.

Stephen recommended a ductless system. We weren't familiar with the option. We researched and then agreed it was the perfect option for our home. We waited because we needed our other home to sell first before we could invest in a HVAC system.

It took 3 months for us to close escrow. We called the owner the day escrow closed which happened to be the day before a major heat wave hit San Diego. Just like Stephen had promised he installed the unit the next day on a weekend with 100 degree temperatures. Him and his guys worked a very long day. He said they usually plan on this type of installation taking 2-3 days to complete because of the difficulty of pulling all the refrigeration piping for our oddly laid out house, and that the electrical had to be updated.

Him and his crew worked all day. I think it was a 13 hour day and they completed the install in one day, We were amazed they completed in one day in the heat. We have since been very happy with the system.

Precision Air is a wise decision. We are grateful we choose to go with them. We beat the heat this summer and they kept us cool!

We were very pleased with our experience with Precision. They performed exactly as they said they were. We don't know much about home comfort other than we weren't  comfortable in our home. They came in and offered us several options. All options were less than the quotes we received from the big box stores. They installed an American made product with a great warranty. We couldnt be happier with our decision to purchase from Precision air. They are a small family operated business and it definitely showed in the excellent customer service we received. We're happy and you'll be happy with Precision too.

It went very well. I was super suprised when the company owner answered the phone and then also came out. He was very professional and knowledgeable. This company gave us top notch service. The owner took the time to listen to our needs first, and then educate us on our available options. We learned a lot in the process, and were even given information on available tax credits which we will be additional savings for us. We went with a ductless system for our family room and couldn't be happier with our decision. We truly had a great time working with the entire company. We found all the staff to be friendly and professional. Our installation was done quickly. The technician respected our home and our time, and was clean and prompt. We received three quotes prior to going with Precision Air, and Precision Air was not only much less than our other two quotes, but we also felt was the most trustworthy.
