He did a good job and he was very personable. It did not take him long and he got rid of my white dots on the screen. Their prices were reasonable. The TV is still working well and it is like a brand new TV. They got the job done in about 2 hours and came to my house to do the job. He also showed me how to replace the bulb in the TV in case I would ever need to replace it and he is honest.

They took more than two weeks to diagnose what they thought was causing the problem. They told me that they had to get approval for the part, ten more days passed. When I called, they said they hadn't heard anything, they called, got approval, got the part, it didn't fix the problem. They said they would have to call for another approval, another ten days went by, I called again, they told me they hadn't heard back, I called the warranty people, they hadn't heard from Poway but approved the part. Called Poway told them the second part was approved, would take another ten days for the part to be shipped before a repair could be tried. As of today, I have not received a call regarding the arrival of the part or the timetable for repair. Their attitude is one of indifference. They haven't called to check on warranty approval until I call to find out what is going on. I am somewhat shocked that a local company would treat its customers this way. Never again!

HAVE HAD A CD PLAYER/STEREO SYSTEM REPAIRED BY THEM ALSO IN THE PAST. GOOD WORK DONE FOR A FAIR PRICE WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.
