 + 0 moreWhile my car was being repaired from a collision, these folks called and said I needed brakes and they could do this while it was there with the parent company Auto Body Excellence. They asked me to come in and pay for the brake job weeks before the car was available. I did. The brakes have sqeaked/squeeled ever since. I went in to compalin and was told, they used origianl parts from Lexus, and basically blew me off. I will be taking it in to Lexus as soon as possible to get to the bottom of this. I would never in my wildest dreams deal with the manager John or this company again.
