Expensive but good. Tried to oversell the required repair. I specifically requested they just replace the internals for the toilet and they recommend replacing the whole toilet. So what should have been a fairly simple fix quickly escalated in price because "oh we gotta change out the wall valve and now but before we can change out the internal tank parts. So it just quickly escalated. The wall valves had been replaced less than a year ago. So they're just trying to up sell everything and its not necessarily required but because I was out of town and it was in my rental house, I wasn't able to do anything to about it to verify.

I took my explorer into Perry Ford for a vacuum leak. The staff wasnt overly friendly and I didnt get a sense that they were looking out for my best interest. The leak was fixed properly but when I got my vehicle back there was grease on the steering wheel and center console. Other dealerships I have taken my vehicles to wash the car before giving it back but in this case it came back more dirty than I left it.

They did a decent job at replacing my brake rotors and calipers but really dropped the ball on my fuel system repair. I ended up having to tear it down myself to complete the repair as it was not worth the hassle (and probably added expense) of returning to them. In a nut shell the system has two fuel tanks and they returned it to me claiming it was repaired but the tanks were not switching even though the guages were. I would've essentially ran out of gas while the guages were reading full had I not been paying attention.

All that aside, what really irritated me was when they charged me 60.00 to tighten (not change, tighten) a power steering belt. This is a single bolt and about 2 minutes. 60.00????? Clearly they weren't expecting repeat business.

I called probably mid-morning for an appointment and was able to go in the same day for them to check out the tire warning light and also service the car. That particular day the staff was not available to check our body noises, but otherwise the service was very good. I thought the price was very good. Though the invoice says "The Works Coupon" for $20.50, I did not have to provide a coupon. The waiting room is adequate, not fancy.

We've been using them for a while and they do a good job.

They handled the problem for me. It had to be towed in. They kept me informed me about the job. Their quality of work was good. Their price was expensive.

The front sales people were really great. The manager and closers are like vultures though and I would recommend that you hang up on them and only deal with the sales people. They ended up giving me a good deal on my car.
