sfIt went very well. The reason I took it in was that I had dropped the needle down passed the feed dogs. At that time, they suggested it be serviced if they felt it needed it. When the opened it up, it didn't appear to have been properly serviced by the first company. They did not charge me full price as I had paid $125.00 to the other company. They are so helpful and I feel very honest. In my opinion their customer service couldn't be any better. I have since referred others to them and they were equally satisfied.
