 + -1 moresfIt went very well. The reason I took it in was that I had dropped the needle down passed the feed dogs. At that time, they suggested it be serviced if they felt it needed it. When the opened it up, it didn't appear to have been properly serviced by the first company. They did not charge me full price as I had paid $125.00 to the other company. They are so helpful and I feel very honest. In my opinion their customer service couldn't be any better. I have since referred others to them and they were equally satisfied.
Description of Work: Serviced my sewing machine that another company was SUPPOSED to have serviced a few months earlier. I took it back to the people that did the first service as it still wasn't sewing correctly. Paradise had doubts that it had been cleaned and serviced properly by the other company.
