Joe was wonderful. He has years of experience as a wood furniture repairman. We had a valuable antique marble top table with a turtle toe base. The movers did a wonderful of protecting the marble top, but moved the already damaged and fragile base without any protection and it broke into pieces. Joe evaluated the situation and repaired the base so it was like new. The base was in much better condition than before the move, we could not find where it had been repaired. Joe also repaired two other smaller wooden items for us, and processed the reimbursement claim for a broken glass item.
