MM EUROPAINTING AND GENERAL CONCTACTING

I was really hoping to have the opportunity to post great reviews like the rest of you have for this company. However, after trying for three days to get in touch with somebody only to have a number without a voicemail or messaging capability I was about to give up.

I thought I would take a chance and send a text message to the number hoping that it would be a cell phone. Sure enough it was. I was able to get in touch with Michele and we set an appointment for the following week to have him come to our house for a bid estimate. His only available time slot was at 7:30 in the morning so I pushed back a few appointments to make it happen. 730 came and went without any word from him. I sent him another text and told me that he had forgotten to write down the appointment but that he could come the next day at the same time. We made arrangements to be here and he did arrive to take a look at the job. We had a recent flood in our laundry room which had water going into our guest bedroom. After a week of dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the walls and baseboards it was time to have them replaced and repainted. It was three rooms worth of work and I would think that it would be a fairly simple yet profitable for him. While he was here, we expressed we want to move right away on getting this done as our downstairs portion of our house has been torn up for two weeks already.

He told us that we would have the estimate by the end of the day or no later than the following day. It's been nine days since he came out to give an estimate and after receiving broken promise after broken promise we have decided to go with another contractor.
