Stereo and Home Theater System Service
It took much too long. He did know terminology, but he seemed to lack expertise in setting up the system. He got it mostly right, but then after he left, I had to contact him about a problem. He e-mailed back. We ended up using the product's technical support and could have done the whole job ourselves using them. At the end, he talked about returning another time to do further modifications to the syetem!
