MARK SNYDER ELECTRIC

We paid for a full-grid solar system with gel batteries inverters charge controllers and a monitoring system. We paid over $73,000 off the jump and his service fees are absolutely unreasonable as seen on his google reviews but this review is not meant for his employees. The owner Mark Schnieder is the most unprofessional businessman I have ever witnessed. He treats my mother like garbage. We have been requesting service for 3 years he hasn't been here once he won’t come out unless he gets to verbally abuse my mother over the phone. His tone is different with me but I guess he thinks he can sneak in his vile disgusting conduct with a woman. He told us we would have a 20 year warranty on the batteries and was a couple years late in telling us the warranty was void after less than five. My mom says contracting him was the biggest mistake of her life. I think your treatment of us was the biggest mistake of yours Mr. Schneider.

He is reliable and they do very good work. He is a little more expensive then others. I would give an A to the person who comes out to estimate the job.

WE HAVE USED SNYDER ELECTRIC SEVERAL TIMES, EACH TIME PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THERE WERE SOME MINOR PROBLEMS THIS TIME. THE FIELD ESTIMATOR, DAVID, WAS VERY THOROUGH AND GUIDED US THROUGH WHAT WE WOULD NEED. THE JOB WAS TO TAKE 2 DAYS. THE ELECTRICIAN SENT TO DO THE JOB WORKED STEADILY BUT DID NOT HAVE SOME NEEDED PARTS (BRACKETS, ETC.). TO EXPEDITE THINGS, AND KEEP HIM MOVING, HOMEOWNER WENT TO OBTAIN THESE PARTS TWICE--BOTH ON DAY 1 AND DAY 2. DAY 2 WAS RESCHEDULED SEVERAL TIMES; THE ELECTRICIAN HANDED THE JOB OVER TO ANOTHER ELECTRICIAN AFTER ALL THE RESCHEDULING. THE 2ND ELECTRICIAN COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY. DESPITE THESE PROBLEMS WE WOULD MOST LIKELY USE SNYDER AGAIN. ALL STAFF WERE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL.
