I called them up and they said they were booked solid but would come out next week. They were very busy, so it's understandable why it would take that long. They were very professional over the phone.

Initially he inspected for a leak in our a/c unit but determined that our unit was corroded and the leak undetectable. We then ended up having a new unit installed, after he presented us with several viable options - at a variety of price points. He was very knowledgeable and kept us well informed of his work, progress and findings. The technician as well as the offce was very responsive, personable and polite.

It was a very positive experience. The lady at the company, upon returning my call, was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to come out within a day; then, the technician was right on time, diagnosed the problem right away and was able to fix it without upcharging. He was also very thorough in explaining everything to me and helping me to understand exactly what he was doing and what I can do in the future to know when and if I have a problem again.

Mr. Kite arrived promptly, asked questions about the problem and immediately began searching for the cause of the problem. Went into the attic space located the equipment and examined it. Found the transformer had blown then searched for the cause of the blown transformer so it would not happen again. Took corrective action, replaced the transformer and checked to make sure everything was working properly.

KITES QUALITY HEATING AIR SENT OUT A KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE MAN. HE FOUND THE PROBLEM AND TOOK CARE OF THE JOB IN NO TIME. THE PRICE IS NOT WHAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
