Kevin Brown of IPS Window Coverings was fantastic! He was able to work around our schedule and his professionalism shined when fitting our blinds and coverings to my extremely un-even window sils.

Kevin came out to do our estimate and showed up on time. He explained the options and was timely with the measurements. We had him quote the bottom floor of our two story house. We didn’t think we would want that nice of window coverings upstairs since nobody would see them but us. He told me, “After I install these, your wife will have me come back to measure the windows for the upstairs”. He was right. We now have them on every window in out house. When they arrived, he has a system to install them efficiently. He cleaned up everything and you couldn’t tell he was even here with the exception of the new window coverings. We’ve had our for a few years and the product has held up well and easy to clean. Our dogs like to put their noses against them to look out the windows. They still look as good as the day they were installed and way better than the blinds you buy at the local hardware store. These really dress up the look of the windows. I highly recommend IPS and the products they install!

We contacted IPS Window coverings to have automated shades placed in a high window in our entryway that has been problematic for years since we moved in. Kevin Brown arrived on time for our appointment, full of ideas and options to take care of our problem and worked with us to find the right shade at a price we could afford. On the day of the installation he showed up with everything he needed, was professional and thorough. Even with a few challenges during the installation due to the uneven shape of our window, he made it work with no noticeable gaps and it turned out excellent! His attention to detail, great communication, and wonderful customer service made the process quite easily. Just wish we had contacted him sooner! Will definitely be a repeat customer if we need any more window coverings.
