How'd it go? Excellent!
He responded to a voice msg in a reasonable time.
He (Josh) showed up on time (in fact a touch early) for the estimate. His estimate was very fair.
Josh has a perfect gentleman with my mother-in-law.
The crew worked hard to do a perfect install.
We asked him to check the "electronic filter". Turns out it was just a large standard filter 4 inch thick. And it was FILTHY, even after a previous company was supposed to have replaced it!!!  Anyway, HANS replaced it and got her a spare at no additional charge!!!
I love this company! They have all the attributes necessary to make clients happy.

In the beginning a lot of stress was felt not really knowing how the process works. But because of their professionalism and their patients to answer every question, the whole experience was very pleasant. The workers were on time and very friendly. One worker even helped my wife take the trash can out to the street. The install was completed in 3 days and my wife and I flip the final switch and watched as the solar system went to work and the meter running backwards, very exciting. I would highly recommend Hans Solar.

System was installed very timely with all permits completed.   Other neighbors still waiting on permits from other company.  System was exact same as others, but nearly 20% less in cost.   I did much homework and they were by far the best.   I was somewhat skeptical due to lower price, but now very happy I went with Josh.   The system is producing as expected.

I am a Realtor and have grown to really trust Josh and his work. I just Josh all the time and I refer him wholeheartedly to my clients.  He did my own air conditioner and heater replacement at the end of the summer. Always pleased with the work and fair price.

Josh was very professional, we liked his easy manner and willingness to do what we wanted at a price we could afford. He met his appointments with us at the times he stated. When installation took place he arrived with another technician and both worked efficiently. After the installation they vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves. The equipment had been tested prior to their departure. We hope to enjoy a climate controlled living environment and we are grateful for the hassle free experience which Hans Mechanical Construction supplies.

While shopping we got offers from 3 (highly rated) companies in addition to Hans Construction. They were: Airmaxx, Stillman and Guthrie & Sons. The discussion of the project, finding what best fit our needs was very important step. Josh (from Hans Construction) was clearly the most knowledgable and did the best job in trying to understand what we wanted rather than push a pre-cooked solution on us. In fact, all the others we interacted with seemed more like sales-people, and as it turned out Josh was the person who did the installation.
Once we decided what we wanted (between a central unit with multiple zones or a mini-split) the pricing from the other companies was much higher. These days one can find the price of these components fairly easily on the web. A reasonable mark-up is understood as part of doing business and is perfectly acceptable. But all other three where so much more expensive it was not even close. We are talking of differences in the thousands (I hope this is not going to spoil this company).
The installation work was very well executed. It turned out that Josh and his brother did the work. Josh explained and discussed every detail. He came a day earlier and did a "dry run" to make sure all the details were agreed on as to placements and routing choices.  and worked efficiently and cleanly. No mess left behind whatsoever. They know what they are doing and there were no false starts or mistakes made. And this is a fairly complex system to install. 
I do not know how this will hold long term, but all three units work fine (heating & cooling) w/o a problem so far. We'll see how things develop, but the price includes 2 years (!) warranty on labor...
