Frank has been helping me take care of my home for more than 10 years. His knowledge is encyclopedic - he's really far more like a general contractor than just a handyman! He always has other guys working with him, sharing his knowledge and supervising them. He's both a leader and a manager, and is very good at communicating what's going on, what the options are, and what the results might be - this is communicating to the helpers as well as to me.
In all this time, we've never run into a problem he can't handle - everything from electrical rewiring to installing a kitchen sink to fixing a toilet, and a lot more. He is honest and direct in what he tells you and is, quite simply, the best!

Frank pointed out some problems I had not noticed. For example, I did not realize the automatic sprinkler system had a leak, and I did not know the J Box in the attic needed to be repaired.
