Mike and his crew do excellent work. He points out things that the customer may not have considered and makes excellent recommendations. For example, we made a slight change to one of the colors as it had an unwanted tint. We had other work scheduled that resulted in minor blemishes to the newly painted window frames; Mike came by at a later date to complete touch-up work without additional cost.

Mike is the real deal; he is very knowledgeable, has integrity and does the job the right way. We will be using him soon to paint the exterior of our house. He takes pride in his work and is very clean. The finished job was perfect!

We were already aware of Dura Paint Co because we had them paint the exterior of our house several years ago. Mike gave us a very reasonable estimate for all the repair and painting. He and his crew were always prompt, efficient and polite. They were so careful with our furniture and did a great job prepping. They paid special attention to detail while painting. We felt comfortable and confident with all of the painters. They did an excellent job in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the results. We would definitely use this company again and feel confident recommending Dura Paint Co for all interior and exterior painting.

Mike showed up on time and provided an estimate on the spot. He was able to start the following Monday (he came to give me an estimate on Friday) and showed up as expected. I wound up having a contractor there to do some drywalling and Mike worked with them superbly to coordinate so that the work all got done and he didn't have to re-paint where they were working.
Mike was great about raising the issue of the poor priming on the ceilings that had previously had the popcorn removed and I felt his fee for fixing that work was quite fair. I'll be recommending him to my parents to do both popcorn removal and painting.

Mike Pham is a great guy and I love him. We had not prepped the room right last year when we had painted it ourselves. He came in and in one day sanded, prepped, and painted it over so that the paint is adhering. We were literally able to peel sheets of paint off the wall because it had not adhered. I went back to the store where I got the paint and they didn't want to accept responsibility for the paint. It's almost been a year. We did the room last December after Christmas. We didn't think we needed to prep the room, but apparently we did. I had used him a year and a half ago when he and his team had painted our entire ceiling. We have a tall ceiling and they handled everything and painted it a beautiful cottage white. We didn't have any breakage and they were amazing. The clean-up was good. He is very conscientious about all that. He did a great job cleaning up my daughter's bedroom which he re-painted 2 weeks ago. We were out of the house for 2 days while they did the ceiling, but it was more because of the smell than the clean-up. Once they were done, we wouldn't have known they were here. There was just some debris on the topmost shelf in the utility room that we never use. He had used a multi-stepped approach painting my daughter's room. I could have negotiated the price down to $250.00, but I was so happy to have someone else do the job. I was willing to pay him the extra $50.00 so that I wouldn't have to handle it anymore. We had been peeling paint for the previous 2 weeks. I called him. He had the next day available, so he came out and gave me an estimate and did the job the following day. He was here exactly when he said he would be. I would use him in a heartbeat. I am dreaming of having enough money to pay him to come and paint all my trim in my house.

Mike was prompt in calling me back to arrange the free estimate. He answered all my questions and was detailed in his estimate and took time to go around the whole property and write up the estimate and provided references. I had three other estimates, and he was very competitive, actually less than two of them. Another was less, but I felt Mike would do a better job by how he described what he does and the answers to my questions. He's definitely experienced.

Paint job came out outstanding. The did a wonderful job with coverage and in the fine details where differing paint colors met. They were on time, and finished the job completely within five days. My only minor complaints would be that when they power washed, they did not put a tarp down over my lawn so there were a ton of paint chips in the lawn to pick up. I asked the owner about this and he said that the mower would pick the chips up when mowing, well that was not correct. I don't believe it is standard practice to cover lawns with a tarp even though it would only take a few extra minutes, my advice would be to cover your own lawn. There were also a few paint spills in one area where we had just put down new flagstone. I did not call them back to fix it cause I didn't want any further damage from whatever chemical they might have used to remove it. Overall, a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to a friend.
