Dales Pool & Spa Center

I have been using this service for many years, and it's the best pool service of the many pool service providers I've had over the past 30 years. The owner, Dale Quezada, takes pride in making sure everything is done perfectly, and he takes immediate action if one of his employees is not up to snuff. Every time they clean the pool, they leave a form behind showing the pool chemistry that day and what chemicals they added, so that I know they actually showed up and did the work. One of his employees recently left, and Dale has been coming to do the work himself and is now training in the replacement. This shows me that he really cares about making sure the quality of the employee's work meets his high standards.

Once we asked for help - it turned out great!

He has been doing it on and off for several years. Actually, he is coming over this week again. I don't remember what I spent the last time but I am spending $1000 this week. He is a personable guy. I like the guy. His business is close to my business, and I remember when he started his own business, I supported him. He helps me out. When I had a little emergency one time, he came out and took care of it. I would continue to use him in the future.
