 + -1 moreThey are very good. I use COSTCO to refill all my Kaiser prescriptions. They are very friendly and the customer service is excellent. They do exactly what they are supposed to do and when I have any questions, they answer them willingly. They explain things well if I have a question.

 + -1 moreI got them five years ago and I've been using them ever since. Their availability they are their when I go shopping at Costco. I can have them cleaned and tweaked up. They do the cleaning for basically for free. I had to have one of them replaced because I lost it in the Costco parking lot and it got replaced for one penny but it was during the warranty period. Now I'm out of the warranty period and they work fine.
Description of Work: We used Costco for hearing aids. They cleaned and fixed up my hearing aids.

 + -1 moreExcellent. Costco ordered the tires and called me 4 days later to install. It took about one hour while I shopped. All info is in their computer data base so I don't have to have paperwork to have the tires rotated.

Description of Work: COSTCO TIRE ROTATION DANGER!!! Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Scripts Ranch, Rancho Penasquitos, Ramona, and other San Diego residents having their tires rotated at the Poway COSTCO at 12155 Tech Center Drive, YOUR TIRES MAY HAVE BEEN ROTATED IMPROPERLY! Example: My daughter went in today to with her 2007 Toyota Corolla with noticeably worn front tires and pristine rear tires. She requested that the tires be rotated front to rear and rear to front (no crossing) EXACTLY as it is shown in the Toyota Owners manual. The incompetent Service Tech (Jason?) argued that the tires should be rotated front to front and rear to rear (crossing with no front to rear) and did just that. This is a common practice in dishonest tire shops wanting the tires to wear out sooner so that they can sell more tires, but not something you would expect from COSTCO. This leaves the worn tires on the front where they are: 1. More likely to wear. 2. In being worn and wearing more, they are more likely to fail. 3. In failure, more likely to cause a catastrophic accident being on the front drive/steering wheels. Inquiries are being made into accidents possibly caused by this practice. CHECK YOUR TIRES TODAY!

 + -1 moreI got $75 off on my four tires. Costco has the $75 off sale several times during the year.
Description of Work: I got four new Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires. This price included installation and tire stems. This was the best price I could find in San Diego and the personnel were all very polite and professional. I stopped in on a Friday which is a very busy day for them so I had to wait about two hours which I didn't mind. They recommend that I stop there about once a month to have the tire pressure checked. The tires are filled with nitrogen. I have stopped twice and they are always so nice even though it takes them away from their work for a short time. I couldn't be happier with the tires and the treatment.
