Didn't correctly estimate the amount of labor to prepare the floor, so the bill was over. Time between estimate and completion was too far apart, was two hours late for one appointment - but he did call. Toilet wasn't sealed properly when he replaced it.
I am a property manager, and even though I requested to meet him at the property - he never gave me a reply as to when he would be there. One night he texted me at 12:30, that is like after midnight, to give me information on the job.

Bill was very responsive and was able to do the work in the timeframe I needed. He was always punctual and answered phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner. He protected my floor and boxes by covering them with a tarp as he worked. Bill also made sure to clean up after himself at the end of each day. His price was competitive with another quote I got. I'm happy with the quality of the work and especially with how Bill tried his best to do the work to meet my needs.
