Carpet Cleaning
They came and picked up the rug, it is big. They took it and cleaned it. They did a beautiful job and delivered it the next day. I would them for this rug because I was scared to death. We didn't know what to do because it can't get wet.

Carpet Cleaning
Had to come back second time because after the first time, the carpet was still very dirty. Carpet still doesn't look great. Both times they were very late (l-2 hours). I would not use them again.

THE CARPET CREW ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, ESPECIALLY ON THE SPOT REMOVAL. THE CARPET WAS ALMOST DRY AFTER THEY WERE DONE. I GUESS THAT IS WHY THEY CALL IT CHEMDRY.
