I called them up and got a quote to replace my closet mirror door that broke.  They picked it up, replaced the mirror, and came to my house to re-install it.  I chose the Escondido location because that was close to my home at the time.  Good experience.

We were very pleased with their service. Quality of work was such that you cannot tell the difference between the replacement glass and the original windshield.

I had called around to different companies but they were all mobile and I didn't want a mobile repair. All Star has a location in Poway that takes drive-in business and it is only a few miles from my home. I got an appointment on the same day that I called. The staff and technician were very nice and professional. There was a comfortable waiting area with reading materials and within a half hour the repairs were done. Since I normally do my shopping in and around this area, it was very convenient for me to continue running errands after the repair.

They came out to the house to do the actual work. They did the job in a professional manner. He took the old windshield with him and he disposed of it for me. He was also polite while he was working.

The representative who answered the phone was very friendly and courteous. I was offered mobile service within two days' time. She gathered all the necessary information to make the replacement properly. I was given a 1-5 p.m. time window. Two employees showed up at 3 p.m. and immediately started work after they had me sign the estimate. They told me it would take approximately forty-five minutes but they were done within thirty-five minutes. The windshield looks good and the rear view mirror was reattached properly. My only complaint is that the interior upholstery along the windshield has dirty finger/hand prints on it but I am hoping that will come off with some cleaner.

I submitted a request to their web site on a Friday evening. I received a telephone call from the scheduler at 8:15 Saturday morning. They were able to schedule my car on Monday morning. This wasn't a problem as the crack in the windshield wasn't too bad. The workmen were right on schedule and had the new windshield installed in 25 minutes. The installation was professional and I can't tell the difference between the windshields.

I have State Farm Insurance, and my coverage provides windshield replacement for a $100 co-pay. They recommended All Star Glass. I had an appointment first thing in the morning, and they had it done in an hour.

They were on time. The technician was polite, clean and efficient at getting the job done. He explained everything to my satisfaction.

THE DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW ON OUR CAR WAS SMASHED. ALL STAR GLASS WAS ABLE TO FIT US IN TO REPLACE THE WINDOW RIGHT AWAY. IN ADDITION, THEY WERE ABLE TO REPLACE THE WINDOW EVEN THOUGH THE MANUAL WINDOW CRANK WAS BROKEN AND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE US EXTRA. I'VE ALSO HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH THEM WHEN THEY FIXED SMALL CHIPS IN MY FRONT WINDSHIELD.

I MADE THREE DIFFERENT PHONE CALLS FOR QUOTES, AND THEY ARE THE MOST REASONABLY PRICED. I DID NOT WAIT THAT TO LONG TO HAVE IT REPLACED.

AFTER REPEATING MYSELF, THE ORDER WAS FINALLY TAKEN. THE DRIVER AND PERSON THAT DID THE REPAIR WAS CAREFUL WITH MY CAR, PLEASANT, AND APPEARED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. THE JOB ONLY TOOK ABOUT 45 MINUTES. HE DID A NICE JOB.
