I called in the morning, and the company sent a technician out that same afternoon.  He had a new garbage disposal with him to replace the old one, but after doing a quick adjustment, he was able to unjam the old disposal and get it working properly.  I was surprised and pleased that they were able to come out so quickly, and happy that they were able to fix the old disposal at a fraction of the price of replacing it.  I would definitely recommend this company.

The service was great! We discovered our water heater was leaking on Saturday afternoon. I called four different plumbers and heard back from A-1 right away. They offered to come out first thing on Sunday morning. JT, the owner, ended up coming to do the work himself. He was knowledgable and friendly and did an efficient job (done in just over 2 hours). The price was more reasonable than I expected based on other reviews I read. I will definitely have JT do more work for us as we need repairs and update the plumbing in our house.

They said they would be here in an hour - got here in 5 minutes. Removed old water heater, purchased new water heater and installed it - worked until after 8:00 pm to get it done same day. They have done work for me many times before. They are a great bunch of guys, they know what they are doing and they get it done. I recommend them to everybody who asks me about a plumber.

Great job. Came right out and assessed the problem, brought 2 of their plumbers and completed the job in a little over a day.

Rather than jackhammering the floor in our newly remodeled bathroom the replacement plumbing was run up the wall and overhead through the attic by accessing their connection points via an outside wall.

Fixed price and they allowed me to provide the new disposal. They were in and out in just over 30 minutes. Called when they arrived (work was done at a rental) and called when they we done. Very nice and professional on the phone - both the office staff and the person at the house doing the work. Clean job, nice to know I can just call them in the future and depend on them doing a good job without me having to meet them at the rental.

Plumber was very courteous and knowledgeable. Second time to use this company and will call them again if we need a plumber.

I contacted A-1 and set up an appointment within a few days. They came by and did all the necessary work in a very friendly and efficient manner. We havre had no leaks or issues with their work and have had numerous items done, ranging from toilet seal, all faucet handle and hoses replaced (8) and all bathroom shower faucets replaced. Always call on them and would highly recomment them.

Dave responded from A-1 Prestige Plumbing in a timely fashion on a Sunday afternoon and took care of the problem. He was very helpful, courteous, and didn't charge me a fortune. I will definitely use them again.

They’re on time and very neat and tidy. They have always been very reasonable in price. The last gentleman that was out here fixed our facet and had the wrong tube in so he came out the next day and immediately fixed it no questions asked. They have been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.
