Went in with my contractor to buy my tile. They had a nice selection at a decent price. While ordering, my contractor asked the owner if we could return unused tile? He said yes, if the box is unopened. Period. So we bought a little extra just in case of breakage while
cutting. When I went to return the 2 unopened boxes, he says to me, "there's a $25 restocking fee and a $75 fee to ship it back to the warehouse." We were not informed of either of these charges at the time of sale when we asked. I now have 2 unopened boxes of tile.
