My contractor called them and asked them to come out and look at the job and give us an estimate, which they did.  The estimate was $250 for 2 hours work.  They sent a different man out to do the work.  My contractor told him that anything over 2 hours, he would take care of himself.  When we got the bill, it was $478.  Listed was $375 for 2 hours and 15 minutes labor and $103 for PARTS!!!  The bid was for $250, not $250 plus parts.  We sent him a check for $320.

I was very satisfied with the work they did, but not with the price.  They did not give me a second estimate.  I would recommend them for their work.
