Mark's Plumbing

Mark was originally sent as a response from my Home Warranty Co. to unplug a clogged up drain line. He corrected the problem, and also told me that roots had eaten into the sewer drain line, as he had parts of a root when he routed the drain line, and recommended that I have the line replaced. He said if the line plugged up again, to call him and he would come back and do what he could. He routed it again. After talking with him, I decided to have the sewer line replaced (it was a 40-50 year old line).  He provided me with an estimate on the phone and followed up with a written quote.

Since I had to work, he maintained communication over the phone, as my mother and sister really didn't understand everything that was going on.

Mark's crew worked very clean and professionally. Mark kept me informed of what was going on and the progress, since it was raining and you can't dig and replace a sewer line in the rain. He was supposed to start on Monday and have it finished on Tuesday, but it rained on Monday and Tuesday morning.  His crew came in Tuesday afternoon when the rain stopped and started.  It was raining again on Wednesday, so no work, and he finished up on Thursday.  He did finish the line in excellent time considering the rain, filled in the ditch and replaced the grass sod as best as he could. Everything looked good when he was finished.

Mark was very professional and courteous, considering only my mother and sister were home during the work (I have to work to pay for this). Mark came highly recommended from one of his corporate clients, whom I know well. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work you need accomplished.
