He is very nice. The quote he gave me was reasonable. He replaced couple of broken roof tiles for me. After that, he came again to replace a defected tile without additional charge.

Came out on Saturday told me what he would do gave me a price which was very reasonable. Came out on Monday morning and replaced the broken fiberglass with metal roofing like the rest of the roof, cleaned the roof, hammered in all popped up nails, cleaned up their mess and swept the floor. We were all happy.
