It's really difficult to give a business 1 star, especially when the movers did a really good job of getting most of the product from Point A to Point B successfully. The work was strenuous and moving furniture from a multi-story home to another multi-story home is a chore, especially when some of the heavier items were being moved upstairs. My difficulty with this mover is that they "allegedly" cracked the screen on my 86" TV and will not make good on taking care of the damage. Maybe my fault for not examining the TV closer; however, I don't appreciate being accused of breaking it myself and trying to put onus on the movers. I even tipped each mover $50 for their effort. My lesson: It doesn't matter if someone is licensed and insured. That doesn't necessarily speak to their character when it comes time to make good on their "alleged" promises.
