Established in 1981, Bob Ruffa Electric Inc has been serving the Central San Joaquin Valley for thirty-two years. We have built a reputation known for our honesty, reliability and integrity. We are proud members of the Building Industry Association of Tulare/Kings Counties, the National Association of Home Builders, and the Porterville Chamber of Commerce as well as other organizations. BRE specializes in RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL wiring. We offer 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE and operate a LIGHTING SHOWROOM located at 346 North Porter Road in Porterville, where we carry a large selection of indoor and outdoor lighting, ceiling fans and many other specialty lighting items including ENERGY STAR lamps, fixtures and fans. They did not charge me the entire cost because a cart failed and they replaced it. I like that they are available for service. They are a local company. They are a family company. They are knowledgeable, and another really strong plus for them is that their major representatives are respectful of women. You can also go into their business and ask them questions. They will take the time to carefully answer your questions.

During the project remodel and repair project, I dealt with Bob and all of his employees. I was very pleased with everyones willingness to listen respectfully to a homeowners needs and ideas. From Bob, the owner who came to my home 4 times for various phases of estimates and work to the office staff, everyone was pleasant to deal with. The work was done in a timely manner and I have confidence that it was done correctly. The job passed the city inspection. Bob and his staff give good advise and although they have a showroom they are willing to work with electrical fixtures bought elsewhere.
