Ken was very professional and worked fast. When I moved in the wires in the walls had to be redone in order to work with my many Apple Airport Express devices and home internet provider. The house is two floors so I needed the internet speed to be fast on all levels to fully get my money's worth on the 200 speed I was paying for. Ken made that happen flawlessly. He knows what he's doing and that put my mind at ease that I would have all my devices and TV working properly by the end of the service.
