Call back from Steve within 1 1/2 hrs of message left. Same afternoon service call. Confirmed problem was thermostat and replaced it. Unexpected problem on cold day ...... Steve provided prompt, professional and pleasant service.

He came down and he fixed it and the price was reasonable and it is working great. I would recommend them since they are very good, trustworthy and very fair price. I am satisfied with them.

I've covered this subject above. He came recommended from a friend who hired him to install a heating/ac system in a new house. Maybe in jobs like that he performs better, but for a simple thermostat replacement, I think his rate was exorbitant.

"When I Arrived With In The Time Frame We Agreed Upon I Told Her That She Needed A New Thermostat To Get Her Air Conditioner Working Right Away And The Flat Rate Price For Everything Was 220.00. She Agreeded To The Amount With No Questions Asked Before I Performed The Work . After The Work Was Done One day later I got A Call From Her Husband Telling Me He Thought He Payed To Much. I Think This Amount Was Reasonable For The Work I Performed There. Most People Think My Prices And The Quality Of My Work Are Reasonable also That Is Why My License(#c20661564) Is Perfectly Clean After 18 Years Of Buisness With No Complantes Like This EVER In The Past"

He installed our air conditioning and several other people in the area! I am very pleased with everything they did. I will use them again and would absolutely recommend. They cleaned up everyday and were very respectful of my home. A very satisfying experience!!
