I've covered this subject above. He came recommended from a friend who hired him to install a heating/ac system in a new house. Maybe in jobs like that he performs better, but for a simple thermostat replacement, I think his rate was exorbitant.

"When I Arrived With In The Time Frame We Agreed Upon I Told Her That She Needed A New Thermostat To Get Her Air Conditioner Working Right Away And The Flat Rate Price For Everything Was 220.00. She Agreeded To The Amount With No Questions Asked Before I Performed The Work . After The Work Was Done One day later I got A Call From Her Husband Telling Me He Thought He Payed To Much. I Think This Amount Was Reasonable For The Work I Performed There. Most People Think My Prices And The Quality Of My Work Are Reasonable also That Is Why My License(#c20661564) Is Perfectly Clean After 18 Years Of Buisness With No Complantes Like This EVER In The Past"

He installed our air conditioning and several other people in the area! I am very pleased with everything they did. I will use them again and would absolutely recommend. They cleaned up everyday and were very respectful of my home. A very satisfying experience!!
