They were very responsive. They had to put a cat down for me and I went through the whole thing, plus the prior treatment trying to save the cat. They were very good and responsive. I wish they were not as quite expensive.

CHANNEL ISLANDS VETERINARY HOSPITAL is very good. They were a little over priced, but very professional. Their quality and responsiveness was excellent. I would recommend CHANNEL ISLANDS VETERINARY HOSPITAL to anyone.

When you visit for the first time, the check up is free. I had to buy some shampoo for her ears though. I think that they are really good at diagnosis. They are not going to throw a bunch of stuff at you that you don't need. They could prescribe medicine, but they give you suggestions for over the counter.

Even though we had an appointment we waited well over an HOUR before we saw the Dr. . We weren't placed into a room with our dog until I had gone to the rude receptionist and asked if it would be much longer as we had already waited an hour past our appointment time. The door barely listened to what we had to say and just wanted to make money on a ton of unnecessary tests on our pet. It was absurd. My dog is fine now and it has nothing to do with the hundreds I spent on bloodwork etc. Totally a waste of money and my time.

THEY ARE CARING AND COMPASSIONATE. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
