They were very professional. There are no hidden costs. Everything is up front. Exactly what they do, what the charges are. Etc.

They work very well with the family and the needs. They answered all and retuned calls promptly.

As my mother was under hospice care for, what turned out to be, 2-1/2 months, my husband and I made pre-arrangements for her cremation. Krissy assisted us in this endeavor and was professional, compassionate and personable. The process went very smoothly; we were provided with a precise estimate of costs; and there were no "hidden" fees discovered after the fact.
After my mother passed away and I contacted Todd Memorial Chapel (TMC), Krissy and other staff members handled my questions/concerns with compassion and a sense of importance (which we greatly appreciated). They were all very clear, and everything they said was exactly what happened.
The cost of the services provided by TMC was quite affordable when compared to other mortuaries/funeral homes in the area. The comforting part of "family owned and operated" rings true with TMC; understandably, they are very sensitive to financial concerns in the face of making arrangements for a loved one who has passed away. My husband and I both will use TMC's cremation services when it's "our time".
Ultimately, the treatment we received at TMC made me feel like my mother would be treated with the dignity and respect she so richly deserved. Thank you to Krissy, and other staff members we dealt with, at Todd's Memorial Chapel.

Although my grandfather already owned a plot at a cemetary owned by another funeral home, the funeral costs there seemed very high. Of course we wanted to give Grandpa a nice, dignified, beautiful funeral - but not at unreasonable costs. We found Todd Memorial Chapel on Angie's list decided to check it out. Some of the family had reservations about checking it out at all because they had some preconceived notions about it being "in town." They agreed to consider it when I broke down the costs side-by-side to show them that Todd Memorial Chapel would cost over $2,000 less than the funeral home co-located with Grandpa's plot. In the end, we're ALL glad we went with Todd Memorial!
The chapel itself is warm, inviting, beautiful, and tranquil. We loved the traditional look of everything! The staff was absolutely wonderful to work with. Everybody was very professional, compassionate, and extremely helpful. I wish I could say I'd never again have need of a funeral home, but obviously I will. At least next time I won't have to spend time looking around - I know where to go.

They are family-owned and take an interest in their customers.

It went well, they were very sympathetic and caring. It is a hard time for everyone and they made it as easy as they could.
