Taylor Company serviced our MINI until they gave us an estimate that was way too high.  We took our business to Claremont Auto Care instead.

I came to this company to see if they would be any cheaper than getting work done at the dealership after getting a list of about $5000 in repairs needed on my mini cooper and suffering from a bout of sticker shock.  The only immediate issue was replacing the brakes which was a couple hundred less than the dealership so I had them go ahead.  The other repairs they ended up being about $1000 more than what the dealership was asking so I decided to keep looking for other options for those repairs (mainly replacing gaskets and water pump to deal with oil and water leaks).  
Taylor Co was extremely friendly and professional and I wouldn't have a second thought about coming back to them for further repairs on my car except for how much the repairs cost.  

My son's 2002 BMW M3 was running poorly with very poor pickup and eventually would not go over 40 mph.  I drove it in early on 4-16 and met John.  John is very friendly and inviting and gave me a small diagnostics estimate and said it would take a little over a day to update the computer and run the electronic diagnostics.  My other son had driven his car down with me so I returned home with him but I was offered a ride if I needed it.  Most of the communication was with my son, the car owner, but he relayed the stream of communications with me as he was on duty in San Diego.  Late the next day, my son got news that the throttle position sensor was bad and so had to order the part.  I had to work the next few days but the car was ready by the end of business on the day after he ordered the part.  I went to pick up the car on my next day off.

All went well. Car was washed and ready the same day. Although I did not use it they will pick you up and drop you off. Days after we received a call to check in on the overall experience. Great customer service you just do not get these days. You do have to look closely for the building as it is behind an auto parts store.

Taylor Co BMW + MINI Independent Service provide excellent services. They have a very clean shop. They're very prompt and their pricing is good. I haven't had any negative experiences with them. Their service rep, John, is a really nice guy and very helpful.

It went great, I will not go anywhere else when I need anything for my X-3.

I love this office because it is very clean and very well organized. They help me with small problems without any charges. He does not suggest any work that is not necessary and their price is also very reasonable. He also explains everything really well. The owner and the mechanics are very good too.
