"Again this is an erroneous posting. Even though the rating is good we have never met or done work for this member. A few years after our reputation was well established as the best in this area there were several companies that started up with some form of the ProBuilder name. We would frequently get complaints form customers and neighbors about projects that were never associated with our company. this is the first time we are being given positive credit where credit is not due. Again this brings into question the validity of Angie's list."
"This proved to be a very difficult project as well due to the poor work by the designer that had done the original plans for the owner. At our own time and expense we worked on the redesign of several portions of the project. All in all the customer was good to work with. There were considerable additional extra costs do to problems with the original plans and we did our best to keep those as low as possible for the owner. The end result for ProBuilder is that we lost money on the project because of those plans but did an excellent Job with an excellent end result."
"I appreciate these comments by the member. This project was built during the winter of an El Nino year of Heavy rains and flooding. It was the complete removal of the existing roof and construction of a second floor with the owner and family continuing to live in the home during construction. This was a very difficult project considering the circumstances and the family was excellent to work with throughout the course of the project. We have since done additional projects for the family"
