Miguel's Plumbing

I called so many places that were charging me ridiculous prices for this job the most ridiculous price was $1000 an estimate from A-1 total service plumbing. My husband flies out of state for work therefore was unable to take care of the issue however I must say I was deeply saddened at how many people were attempting to over charge me and take advantage of my situation because I was uneducated on plumbing or because a man was not present. Thank God I contacted Miguel when I did he was a God sent Angel. He came quickly and was courteous and honest. He came and assessed the problem but what was even better was how fair he was with his pricing. I explained my situation and he sympathized with me. He genuinely cared as an individual which is very rare and hard to find these days. I would def recommend him if not just for his plumbing but integrity and honesty.

He did a great job. He was very professional, came in with a mask, explained everything, and did everything he said he would. He also completed several small tasks around the house that he saw.

Mike worked super **** ** all of the jobs. He is prompt and if he will be late, he calls to make sure it's okay or to reschedule. He's a nice guy to boot, too. He has very reasonable rates. For the front yard leak, he worked for over 7 hours digging up the yard to get to the leaky pipe, cutting through a huge tree root (over 6 inches in diameter) fixing the pipe and filling in the hole. He was out there past dark and did a great job in the clean up. He came back the next day to repair the leaky faucet and hook up the ice maker. The ice maker was supposed to be easy, but it ended up requiring him crawling under the house to replace part of the pipe so I could get water to the fridge. My water heater pilot went out and I wasn't able to relight the thing. He came right out and lit it. I smelled gas from the unit after he left and turned off the water heater. I texted him and he came right back and found two leaky hoses. He fixed them, no charge, and relit the pilot. Hurrah! Hot water! If you are looking for someone who works hard, has reasonable rates, and is anice guy,Mike is the guy for you. I would highly recommend him.

Miguel not only fixed the problem but also ran it through test to make sure no problems will develop later on.  He let me know that his job is guaranteed free of cost in the future.  I am glad I could count on an honest plumber and will definitely call him if I am ever faced with other problems.  He made sure the area looked brand new and was careful not to damage anything.

The leak I had underneath the house went undetected for a long time so there was mud and waste that was beginning to do some serious damage.  Miguel came in to do the estimate climbed underneath the house into the filth for a thorough inspection and gave me a very reasonable quote.  Do give him a chance.  Very polite.
