 + -1 moreOVERALL, I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. ALTHOUGH NOT COMPLETELY HAPPY, I WAS GLAD EVERYTHING WENT THROUGH. MY LENDER WAS NOT PROMPT AND OFTEN TIMES LEFT THINGS UP TO ME TO FINISH OR REMIND HIM OF. OTHER THAN THAT, I WAS PLEASED WITH THE TYPE OF LOAN I RECEIVED.
Description of Work: I WENT THROUGH MARINA MORTGAGE TO PURCHASE MY HOME. THE LENDER GOT ME A LOAN CALLED EXTRA CREDIT FOR TEACHERS WHO PURCHASE A HOME FOR THE FIRST TIME. I WAS ABLE TO GET A LOW INTEREST RATE.
