About us
I've always had a passion for animals. From the dogs I had growing up, to the stray cats and all the critters in between. I attended Mount San Antonio College for an Associates Degree in business and walked away with an AS in Animal Health Technology as well. Afterwards, I interned with a veterinary office but also continued to pursue an education in business. I went to Cal Poly, Pomona, and completed my BS in Business Administration, however most of my time was spent at the Cal Poly Arabian Horse Center. I enjoyed taking equitation classes there and working as a show horse groom. I continued on with private lessons and leased several Arabians over the years. I finally purchased my own half-Arabian, “Stormin Norman”. I enjoyed showing him at Class A shows which was a dream come true for me. I utilized my business degree as a Sales Manager in the medical industry, but my passion for animals always remained with me. I enjoyed taking my dogs to dog obedience classes and occasionally caring for horses for my friends. I began volunteering at a no-kill shelter in Ontario and felt that I had found my “niche”. I fostered orphaned kittens and enjoyed working with problem dogs to help them become adoptable. The dogs could sense that they could trust me. I was often called upon to work with fear aggressive dogs. With time and a lot of patience, most of these dogs were able to find their forever homes. One of them, Oso, found his forever home with me. I made many good friends at the shelter and we worked together to expose the shy or fearful dogs to social situations. We would introduce them to baths, car rides, walks on the leash, dog parks, and social situations such as walks downtown with lunch at a sidewalk cafe (the dogs always got a hot dog or a hamburger patty) and pet adoption events. The dogs were always sooo good and loved the one on one attention. YES, ANIMALS ARE MY PASSION. If you should need pet care, I hope you will give me the opportunity to visit your pets. I promise to shower them with loving attention.

"Thanks [member name removed] for the review. Yes, you know how much I love them all! We both do! It's our passion!! Your Yogi, Odie and Val are sooo close to my heart. Give them kisses from Auntie Lynn."
Lynn takes her business and your animals very seriously and professionally. She takes care of many types of animals. In the first meeting, you will get a lot of questions from her as she takes meticulous notes about every aspect of your animal's daily activities and care. You will need to sign some documents if you want to allow Lynn to take a sick animal to your veterinarian in case of an emergency. That was probably the one thing I had not thought of, but it told me she would make sure my dogs were okay.
The first time she sat with them, I received daily activity pictures on my computer. I didn't expect that, either. I give Lynn a high five and my dogs give her five paws. Lynn just recently helped me again (Jan/Feb 2014) with the dogs when I had surgery and could not move one arm for about 3 weeks. The dogs were so well cared for and they couldn't wait for her arrival each morning.
