drain cleaning
+ -1 moreTHE PHONE SERVICE WAS VERY CURTEOUS AND THOROUGH. HOWEVER, I WAS TOLD THE TECHNICIAN WOULD BE AT MY HOME BY 1:00, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE A PHONE CALL UNTIL AN HOUR LATER AND THEN THE TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP AN HOUR AFTER THAT CALL. TWO HOURS LATE! HE DID HIS WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER, BUT I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT THEY WERE VERY LATE.
Description of Work: KITCHEN SINK WAS BLOCKED AND WE NEEDED A TECHNICIAN TO COME IN AND CLEAR THE DRAIN.
