I have lifetime warranty on the pads, so I feel somewhat obligated to go there every time for brakes and alignment on my 2004 Toyota Corolla, but I do feel comfortable with the personnel there, and I believe they do give good advice for most part. I think the parts they use could be of a little higher quality, meaning I don't think their premium material pads, drums or discs last quite as long as OEM parts.

Their service was unacceptable.
I went there for an oil change and it took over an hour for this simple process.
I told them all I wanted was an oil change and they proceeded to take my tires off my car anyways without consent.
I already knew I needed work done on my brakes however I wasn't there for that.
When they asked to speak with me my car was up on a lift with no tires on it and they were being incredibly pushing about what they could do for me, throwing out numbers and such.
I polity declined any other services other then the oil change.
When I got, kid you not, there was a screw in one of my tires.
