My husband had a 4:00 p.m. appointment and at 4:50 p.m. he had still not been called in. He left and came home without receiving treatment. At approximately 5:10 p.m., someone from his office called our home and asked where he was. I explained that he once again got tired of waiting for an hour after his appointment time to be seen and came home. The office worker gave me her standard answer, which is that emergencies come up...blah, blah, blah. I explained to her that this same situation has come up at nearly every appointment he's ever had with Dr. Anabi and that it's due to over-scheduling not emergencies. If it were emergencies, then it would not come up at almost every appointment. I explained that our time is valuable too, which is why we made an appointment. To be seen within 15-20 minutes of that appointment is not unreasonable. I asked to speak with Dr. Anabi and the office worker stated that she was the only person that I could speak with on the matter and that she would not be asking Dr. Anabi to return my phone call. I ended the conversation with "If Dr. Anabi cares and if he would like to keep our business, then he will give me a call back. If we don't here from him, then I guess we have our answer". To date, he has never called us back. I guess we have our answer. All patients should expect that not only should the doctor be good at what he does, but he should also not think so much of himself that he does not respect the lives and careers of those he serves.

I am 95 years old. He is excellent as he is very interested in treating senior citizens. He is phenomenal. I have never had a doctor like him. He is always available. He calls to see how you are doing, which is very unusual as doctors do not call you back. He also gives you pills to take. He is remarkable. His office is always full as everybody keeps recommending him.

He is the simply the best! Dr. Anabi is the best internist anywhere, he takes wonderful care of the elderly and I recommend him to everyone. He gets to the bottom of any issue present and gets the right people if he cannot help you himself.
