Strickland Home Repairs

Strickland Home Repairs was such a wonderful surprise.  I called so many contractors and handymen and no one would return my calls.  One of Jason's earlier reviews stated that he always returned your calls and kept you in the loop.  Because of that review I called him and they were right.  He is such a pleasure to work with.  Jason and his crew do wonderful work, make great suggestions, never leave a mess and I would recommend him highly.

I originally called Jason around the last week of March and did not hear from him until a week or so later.  He apologized that he overlooked my voice mail.  He showed up on time.  Was very friendly, professional, and explained everything.   His pricing is good.  After he reviewed one of the light fixtures he found that there was a part missing behind the wall and was not up to code.   He stated he would have to go purchase the items and come back later.  I offered to pick up the parts myself.  He said he would have to check back with me the next morning as to whether he could come out that day or not. He called as promised and we rescheduled for another day.  Sadly Jason got ill, I told him to stay home and get well.  He is scheduled to come out and finish the job on April 22nd.  The thing I liked most about Jason, he was honest and kept me in the loop by calling.  I will definitely continue to use him for future jobs.  I trust him being a single woman.

He is courteous and prompt.

The whole experience couldn't have been easier or better.  Prompt communication, arrived on time as scheduled.  Charges a minimum job call of $50 and that covered the entire one hour repair.  Couldn't be more pleased and will be scheduling some more work with Strickland Handyman Services in the near future.
