Splash Pool Service
About us
Welcome to Splash Pool Service! Thank You for allowing us to have the opportunity to care for the weekly needs of your pools. Here are some answers to commonly asked questions. Full Service- Means to net the leaves from the pool, empty the skimmer and sweep, brush dust from the steps and swim-outs and perform Chemical Service. Chemical Service- Means to test Chlorine and Ph weekly and adjust. To test Alkalinity, Calcium hardness and Cyanauric Acid (Stabilizer) yearly and adjust. (Yearly chemicals are not always needed and so are added as needed and are an extra charge). Also included in chemical service is oversight of the equipment. We empty the pump basket, check filter (and backwash filter if, Diatomaceous earth or Sand) when necessary. Please note Filter Cleaning is only done when needed and is an extra charge. (No extra charge for backwashing) Repair- Yes, we do equipment installation and most repair work. Please feel free to call for assistance. If we don’t do it we can recommend someone who does. Vacation-Our service rates are based on a four week month. Rather than charge extra for five week months we have decided to take three weeks vacation a year and give one week for free, so your service rate remains constant. Billing- We bill in advance of service. We try to have the statement to you by the first and payment is due the 20th of the month. Sincerely, Owner Chad Montgomery
