Pro Pressure Washing & Painting did an excellent job on my Home.  It actually turned out better than I thought since the Logs and decks were so dirty.  It looks like a brand new log home.  He was efficient, neat, clean, on time and did everything we agreed to in our initial meeting.  I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this company.

Dale was thorough and detail-oriented in all aspects of his work. He was open about recommendations and suggestions to help keep colors right for our very visible location. Dale took the time needed to do the job to our liking, with striking results that left us very pleased indeed. He is a great on detail and insists on delivering quality results -- without the rush. We're delighted.

Dale recently relocated his twenty year old business across country to our area. He's superb at explaining his methods and why he does what he does. He cut no corners, always using the most thorough techniques no matter how much more time consuming or labor intensive and yet still completed the entire project in a timely manner. He was very careful concerning rain, morning dew, frost, etc. resulting in a top quality finished product which will last that much longer. He does an amazing amount of work in a short amount of time. He graciously worked around my dad and I who were simultaneously replacing shake shingles with new siding. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any friends or family who need some painting done. Our home has new life, and we couldn't be happier!

We were so happy with the decks that Dale restored we hired him back for some touch up work on the house. The sunny side of the house was getting very dry and the paint was starting to crack. There was also a trim board in the front that had peeled in a couple of areas. The rest of the house was doing ok for now. Dale started with a thorough discussion of materials and work to be performed. He was very neat and left no drips or spatters on adjacent surfaces. The color match on the house and trim were both perfect. Dale was always polite, professional and takes pride in his work. For any painting in our future we'll call Dale.

Dale responded promptly to my call and was on time for a consult at my convenience. He spent enough time explaining the process and materials so that we were clear on expectations. Throughout the job he was curteous and respectful to us and our property. He worked very neatly and was detail oriented. Dale wasn't the cheapest quote but we feel we got what we paid for. The end result was beautiful with great coverage and no drips or sloppy lines. His recommendations were spot on. We would definately hire him again as it's rare these days to hire someone you are truely happy with the whole experience.

Dale was a pleasure to work with. He looked at my deck and deck furniture and gave me a quote. I wanted the deck done as early as possible in the Spring but our weather has been so bad and unpredictable. When Dale saw an opportunity for a sunny day, he jumped on it. He power washed my deck, sanded all the deck furniture and then painted the deck and the furniture in one day. It looks even better than I hoped! With no supervision and very little direction, the result exceeded my expectations.

Dale came the first day ready to work. He brought and set up what he needed to do a wonderful job for us. He even brought extra lighting so he could see into darker corners to get the paint just right. Every line between colors is perfectly straight. I've never seen such straight lines between the colors of my walls and ceilings. We have natural, stained wood trim and hardwood floors in the house with no painted woodwork. We even have natural wood beams in one of our rooms. Talk about a tricky paint job with a wall color and ceiling color meeting with beams at every end. There wasn't a speck of paint on any of the wood when he finished. Areas on the walls that weren't positively perfect before paint went on were corrected before he painted them. He gave us a time each day that he'd return the next morning, and he was here at that time. He's a true professional, and he loves what he does. Such an artistic talent. One look at his web site at www.bestpainteronline.com revealed to me his marvelous abilities in everything having to do with interior and exterior finishes. We found this to be true. He is a delight to have around. Always with a smile and answers to our questions. Dale's a diligent worker aiming constantly for our satisfaction. I would certainly use Dale again for any type of paint or finish work that I would need. He's a true gem.

I had also viewed his website. I saw that he had extensive experience (and challenges!) in so many different structures,including historic. A true professional in every sense of the word. He is the "best painter online"! Or anywhere, as far as I'm concerned! This guy is great! He did such a great job! Our home looks beautiful! He took enough time to do the job right. He finished the job within the week as predicted (weather permitted also). Dale painted our entire home by hand! The right way! (Also warned me prior to hiring him, not to let anyone try and spray it!). He inspected the logs while cleaning and painting for any problem areas that needed to be treated ie; caulking, bee infestation, which needed bee powder funneled in, knots/sap lightly sanded etc. Dale is quite knowledgeable; wide range of expertise. It's easily recognizable that what he didn't learn from the job, he learned on his own and schooling. He loves his work and it shows. He is skilled and intelligent. I was quite impressed with his strong work ethics. He is honest and hard working. Cost conscious. He tries not to inconvenience you in the slightest way. He cares about his work and it shows. He pays strict attention to every detail. Didn't miss any spots! Didn't make any spots either!! He knows his products! More importantly, he knows how to use them properly. The how to apply and when factors! He works with you, not just for you. He is quite compliant. He is a conscientious, hard worker. He also gave me a lot of helpful advice. Punctual. He is an extremely nice fellow to have around. In fact, I think that "the guys" in my house, were starting to get a bit jealous of Dale, because I was always praising him! Dale goes that extra mile. He does offer to go above and beyond. Very personable, pleasant personality and mannerisms. He is meticulous in his painting. And that is coming from a bit of a perfectionist! He makes it so that you don't mind having your home painted. It's almost like it's not even being done! He really tries not to even disturb you. Dale also does interior painting. Dale came within one day of my contacting him. He met with us and discussed in detail the work that needed to be done. The work took longer than either of us had anticipated due to inclement weather. Nevertheless, Dale called anytime he would not be here, even when it was obvious he could not work. He worked steadily, but he did not rush through any of the work, making sure that the surfaces were dry enough for good adhesion.He was always friendly, polite and respectful of our property. I plan on using his services again for painting.

Dale came EXACTLY when he said he would on the date and time we agreed on for the estimate. After explaining what he would be doing, cost, and choosing colors, he began work the next week, as he stated he would. Dale was awesome. My house looks better now than when it was built 11 years ago. He took all of the shutters down, painted them, returned and hung them perfectly. The doors and entryway look AMAZING. I have recieved so many compliments from my neighbors and have referred him to everyone. He has incredible attention to detail as there is not one spec of paint where it should not be and the areas that were painted are very even and clean. He was able to repair and paint the areas that have separated from the brick, which I was not expecting but certainly made a huge difference in the appearance. He is truly a professional and a perfectionist. I plan on having him back to do my two-story foyer and hallways. He also has a terrific eye for color and is helping me choose my new color scheme. He is also very personable and easy to work with.
