I want to recommend JPH Electric to anyone needing a electrical professional. Sparky is easy to talk with and will explain what's happening so you understand. Very hard working. He worked his a** off replacing our 50 year old Zinsco main panel and sub panel that was sparking/arcing/charing. Good pricing. Price charged/paid was price quoted. And Lulu thanks you for the dog treats.

Had to special order part. Delivered part for install on time. Worked very hard to install part, that was a bit bigger than the old one. Checked to see that it resolved issue. Witch it did. And job completed on time and as quoted.

Half of our electrical outlets did NOT work when we moved in. He was called to come and repair them and he came in with a bad attitude and never finalized our repairs.

It went quickly. Everything was done in about an hour, and he made sure that what I wanted running worked before he left. The transfer switch was easily mounted on the opposite side and to the left of my electrical box inside my basement where I have easy and dry access to it. There was a discussion of putting inside my house, specifically my laundry room which would have required a much longer installation and expense, however, I really didn't find it necessary to have that kind of access, or the box inside my house. It seemed assessing my needs took as long as the installation, and I was so impressed how fast it went. Afterwards, he made sure I had his information in case I needed anything else, or should I want something else or different powered up. In addition, he also made some suggestions to what my power needs may be during the assessment. I really found his attention to what I wanted was really the most important thing, and suggesting things I hadn't thought. Too often, with contractors, there isn't enough time put into the interaction with the customer to suggest alternatives, and to be sure the customer has the information needed to make better decisions. This is where Jeff at JPH Electric really excelled.
